Cellular Blow-out Got Us Too....BadAss?

I had a bad feeling when I noticed on my bank account the draft was made to Bad-***. I never could reach them either directly.
My son ordered the phone, the debit was made immediately. Told the phone was on backorder. We cancelled after about 3 weeks.
We received notice that the cancellation was noted and we should receive a refund in 10 - 15 business days....didn't happen. I see now they do that to buy them time. Many credit cards cannot do anything after 30 days.
I am filing a dispute with my bank and hopefully can get my money back. The bank also said for me to change my debit card number.
Shame on you Cellular - Blowout.
