Cellular Blowout complaint

I paid $299 through paypal for a phone on 7/2/08. I was told the item was out of stock and I will be contacted as soon as it arrives. Its been almost 2 months and I can't get hold of any human to speak with about the problem. I have sent several emails for refund but no response. I have reported the problem to my bank for a resolution. I think cellular blowout does not exist and those responsible for the fraud need to jailed for internet fraud. Please echo this message to any online buyer about cellular blowout.

i ordered from cellular blowout.then i was tryin to call them but i cant get hold of them.so i emailed because i made some changes on my order and then they replied so i was thinking it was okie.but i keep on checking on my order status still says pending i keep on checking it everyday then i got pissed so i tried to call them but nothing happens leave them a message nothing happens email them again they won't reply so it's getting obvious that their trying to hide and makes me think that their FAKE.i just reported to my bank and they will find away to get my money back it was 497.75 dollars and of course i want that money thats a lot money for me.so all i got to say is cellular blowout is a piss of rippoff company.i wish they go to jail
