I purchased a couple hundred dollar phone from cellular blowout and they kept telling me the phone was on back order. After a month i decided i wanted a refund and they stopped responding to me. I e-mailed Clarissa who is their credit manager and she never responded. I filed a BBB and got no response. I was robbed by them. The BBB told me to take them to small claims court. Do not buy from cellular blowout.com. I think those of us who have been robbed by them should file a class action lawsuit so that we can get our compensation.
