Not resolved

I placed an order for 2 cell phone covers before Christmas.I received one of the covers, which did not fit.

I was told the remainder of my order was on back order. I received a package from Cellular-blowout almost 6 weeks later and it was not what I ordered. I tried on numerous occasions to get a return authorization # and could not get one. Finally, I received a response that I only had 3 days to request a return auth.

I again tried to contact someone by phone as their customer service link online rarely works. I have left messages, but have not received a return call.

I still have not received what I ordered, but they were sure quick to process my payment when the order was received.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
