Cellular Blowout - NO PHONE. NO REFUND. 3 MONTHS.
If you want your order in a timely manner, be cautious. While I am sure Cellular Blowout must do something right (like taking your money!), their customer service is SERIOUSLY LACKING.
I ordered a phone, paid for overnight shipping and gift wrapping on 10/13/2009. Total cost $220.81. Never received-- But, they have no problem making erroneous charges to my credit card each month, for ringtones and wallpaper that I never ordered!!!!
It is virtually impossible to get a human on the phone when calling their office number, no one responds to voicemail or emails. The only interaction comes through a customer portal, which is answered only when a representative gets around to it. The answers are never resolutions, only promises, excuses and delays.
If you want to BANK your hard earned $$$ with this company (WITHOUT INTEREST), and the possibility of never seeing the ordered product or a refund, order at your own risk.
For more details, I have reported my experience with the BBB.org and ripoffreport.com. According to the BBB,they have an F rating, with 1,319 complaints, of which 1,057 complaints have not been answered. What is most disturbing is that the BBB report shows NO GOVERNMENT ACTIVITY against this company. Next letter is to the Attorney General. In this economy, how can this be allowed!?!??!?!
