In May I canceled an item BEFORE it shipped.They ignored the cancel, later admitted their mistake, but shipped anyway & charged my account.

They apologized. Said to refuse the shipment & they would refund to my Visa. They verified they received the items back OK. It's now July 15 and I've receive no refund while they pretend it is being processed then reprocessed.

They do not respond to phone messages but respond only to their on/line log in weird message board. Today even that is not functioning. Are they in business??

Weeks/months are going by & with no refund to my Visa, it feels more like theft with a smile...No other legit company I've dealt with acts in this manner.
